What's the total amount of money in the whole world ?
That depends on what the definition of "money" is, isn't it?

If it's formal money in financial markets, you can check the IMF
financial statistics. Last time I did a couple of years ago, it was
around $150 trillion. That didn't include off balance sheet liabilities
like those derivatives, it was a measure of actual assets in formal
financial institutions and equity markets.
