Below is the link to a tremendous proposal for democratic economic reforms in response to the current economic crisis. The statement is the result of a conference two weeks ago in Beijing sponsored by Asia-Europe Peoples Forum and the Transnational Institute and Focus on the Global South. It is along the same lines as the Caracas statement, but more detailed and more comprehensive.
