You know I was in India when this movie was in the news. I haven't seen it but from the limited pictures of Dharavi slum in the various clips, I would say yes. I last went to Mumbai in 1999 during the monsoon. I was staying at an academic outfit, which was an oasis in the middle of scum (literally). Boy was I depressed! But Mumbai is witnessing massive projects, from highways to bridges and the like with tens of thousands of rural workers engaged in this activity. I plan to work with a photojournalist on a book project with such images illustrating changing India.
