Whoa-a-a-a! Do I take exception to this assumption!

There was nothing anti-war about Obama during the campaign. He was very clear about extending the war in Afghanistan and was tepid at best on Iraq. Friday's drone bombings in Afghanistan and Pakistan clearly indicate a war-like stance as President, as well.

Obama was not elected, as far as I can see, by an anti-war electorate, but by a electorate swayed by empty rhetoric and the promise of hope, whatever that is.

Thanks for posting this, Louis. My ire is reserved for the Guardian's quick rewriting of history.
