This is >50% wrong.

The main source of opposition to a pro-working people health care
reform is the big-money interests that benefit from the status quo:
big insurers and drug companies. The loud protests of nutty right
wingers against "socialized" health care, etc. are an instrument of
those interests. Yes, there are other sources of opposition to health
care reform, but secondary.

(To preempt misunderstanding, not far behind is the interest of big
military contractors and other beneficiaries of imperialist foreign
policies and even Wall Street, as in bed with Obama as it is for the
time being, because they cannot help but fear the effect that mass
outrage *could* have on Obama's economic policies, when/if the
tolerance of people towards the economic situation and Obama's
policies sours. There's some coherence in what all those forces are
doing. But what political analysis is supposed to do here is help us
break down the complex whole into its pieces, locate weakest links,
apply force at the enemy's seams, and split them apart, because that's
how we can advance and defeat them.)

Sane (not shane, but sane) political sense dictates that the left
concentrates its fire on that point. That's the lowest hanging
political fruit. In other words, the left should expose the fact
that, below the hysteria and fear-mongering of the right wingers,
there are cold hard interests bent in derailing any attempt of reform
to health care that may minimally redistribute security and wealth in
favor of working people. The left should confront those
manifestations and expose them for what they are: an instrument of big
money interests. Because there's method to this nuttiness. (The
left can and should do many other things at once, but that should be
its main line of attack.)

On the other hand, in-sane political sense dictates that we disperse
the little ammo we have among the widest possible range of targets,
that we foster more disunity in the ranks of working people, etc.
