Living in West LA, I have a number of interactions with celebrities in their 
private life (although most are D list and not A list).  Bob is extreme in his 
presentation, which has the presumably unintended effect of making him stand 
out far more than if he simply wore a baseball cap and sunglasses like most 
celebrities.
