Last week I was shopping in my supermarket when I saw the following
sign. As property is theft, I decided to liberate it from the clip
holding it and put it to greater utility as I slipped it into my
pocket. When I got home, I put it on my table and sort of forgot
about it for a while.

Today, I was reading yesterday's Paul Krugman's column, "1938 in
2010". Several paragraphs in, he uses the word *deflation*. Upon
seeing that word, suddenly, I remembered my sign! I immediately
scanned it into my computer and uploaded it to Flickr.

For those too lazy to click through to the link, the sign says:

----------------------------------------------------------
THE LOWER
PRICE
PROJECT
----------------------------------------------------------
TEMPORARY PRICE
REDUCTION
----------------------------------------------------------
Passing manufacturer's savings on to you!
