I think that if anyone were to ever write about Alexander Pope -- or
even read the fellow's work, god help us -- it would be a distraction
from the One True Proletarian Task: since if you won't hit it, it
won't fall, we have an obligation to keep on repeating that "If you
won't hit it, it won't fall."
