You were right. It remains to be seen what if any concessions the government
can get as far as changing the terms of the deal is concerned. This is all
seems to be a case of just kicking the can down the road again. Each time the
can gets heavier and the toe sorer.

My bet is that PASOK will join the coalition under any condition. What
else do you expect from sell-outs? Indeed, recent news say that it
will, but I made my bet before cheating and looking at the news.
At a central bank conference in Istanbul a few weeks ago, I told
someone from the Irish Central Bank that the Irish made a mistake. She
agreed. The Greek made a mistake, too.
And they will pay for it dearly, just as the Irish will, I say.
We will see.
