Nathan, The 150-volume MEGA is being selectively translated in the International Publishers 50-volume Marx-Engels Collected Works (MECW). The most important part (in my view) are the economics manuscripts, which are vols. 28-37.
The most important previously unpublished material so far is the complete Manuscript of 1861-63 (MECW, vols. 30-34). About two-thirds of this manuscript is the previously published Theories of Surplus-Value. The other third was published for the first time in the new MEGA edition and in English in the MECW, and includes a second draft of Volume 1 of Capital (vols. 30 and 34) and a first draft of Parts 1 and 3 of Vol. 3 (vol. 33). This is very interesting stuff and should be studied carefully by Marxian scholars. For further discussion of this manuscript, see my paper The Development of Marxs Theory of the Distribution of Surplus-value in the Manuscript of 1861-63", in R. Bellofiore and R. Fineschi (eds.), Re-Reading Marx: New Perspectives After the Critical Edition. London: Palgrave, 2009. The biggest disappointment (and travesty) is that (for cost cutting reasons) the IP decided not to translate Marx's Manuscript of 1864-65, which is the full draft of Vol. 3 of Capital that Engels used as the basis for his (heavily) edited version of Vol. 3. But the good news is that a translation to be published by Brill in the HM series is now in the works and should be out in a year or two, and we English readers will finally be able to read Marx's original manuscript and compare it to Engels' version.
