I have seen several references to an article by Ruy Mauro Marini, "World Capitalist Accumulation and Sub-Imperialism," published in the Canadian journal "Two Thirds," Fall 1978. Some references even give page numbers, 29–39. But a copy of the journal is in the Tamiment Library in NYC, and the article isn't in it, even though the issue has several articles on similar topics.
