But since you bring up community colleges, do you really think they are reasonably described as predatory institutions run by corrupt administrators? The big issues for CCs are not lavish presidential salaries, but rather (a) declining state funding, and (b) a student body facing enormous social and economic challenges that make it difficult to succeed academically. But these type of issues are way too boring for Frank I guess. -raghu.
