No, it's you who didn't understand me. I am perfectly well aware of press
reports of what the CIA is doing and not doing. The point is to engage
Congress to explicitly prohibit Western transfer of anti-aircraft weapons
to the Syrian rebels as part of the long campaign to shut down the fantasy
of a military solution and force real diplomacy to end the war.
