Ask yourself "How many hours do I want to work per week?"

The answer depends on other activities that are valuable to the worker
(recreation, family, friends, etc.)

The important thing is how much surplus value is taken from the worker because
that determines how
many hours of work are needed to maintain lifestyle.

The employer isn't the only one that is extracting surplus value from the
worker -- there are others like
government, landlords, etc.
