It is ALMOST the same text, slight changes here and there (I checked to make sure it was 100% the 1898 text).

I have not understood why the title was changed.  Is it worth researching?

What is the relation of this work to _Wages, Price & Profit"?  Different
titles for the same text?

Yes, you are correct, but it makes the reading difficult.  By the way, I
went to very first published edition of this work in 1898, one of the very
few written by Marx in English, not German.
