The reviewer (Porter) is confusing market economies with capitalist economies. 

Piketty mentions Marx frequently in his book, but seems to get much wrong. 

Piketty advocates a wealth tax, but doesn't mention the American Economist, 
Henry George. 

Piketty is for reducing wealth inequality, but doesn't have a viable plan.
