==========

Literally every day since I've gotten a hold of Piketty's text, with the little
time I have for reading it, I have made the choice between it and Winter's book
"Oligarchy". A chapter here and there, back and forth; Winter's text is by far
the better of the two even as, as I stated earlier, they are complements. I
suspect, apologies for name dropping, Piketty's text won't survive a reading
alongside Jesus Felipe' and John McCombie's very recent:
"The Aggregate Production Function and the Measurement of Technical Change",
which is superb.
