This is silly. It is true that as long as X exists X exists.

Concretely, often in the past capitalists have been worried when there was no 
cause for worry. Joseph Kennedy back in 1935 or so said that he would be 
willing to give up half his money if he could enjoy the rest in peace. THAT was 
worry indeed. One of the major sources of Nazi strength was the "worry" of 
German capitalists. (That was NOT the cause or source of fascist or Nazi 
movements,  but it was a necessary element in their taking power.) 

The War on drugs and the increase in police power and independence stemming 
from it was at least in part the result of capitalist worry brought on by the 
movements of the '60s. Obama's aggressive policies in Africa perhaps stem from 
capitalist worries that resistance might grow there.
