Two questions: (1) What exactly is this Wall St provision that progressives are upset about? I can't seem to find exactly what it says in any of the major new reports.
(2) What happened to that provision that would allow troubled pensions funds to cut retiree benefits? No one is talking about that one for some reason. -raghu.
