I've been posting a series of articles over the past three days dealing with behavioral economics, prompted by the publication of Richard Thaler's "Misbehaving" (which I haven't read). The behavioral economists are critical of rational choice theory but share its methodological individualism and thus overlooks the role of ideology in the cognitive "errors" that they describe.
