This is why the bourgeoisie demand austerity for the producers of wealth through their 'Troika". "Europe" is an abstraction whose content is composed of producers, who work for wages, and employers who work to keep as much of the wealth their wage-slaves produce as possible. This includes avoiding taxes which flow into public health, education and welfare.
