Redistribute the wealth to the 99%. Redistribute more wealth to the poor. There are more poor Black people than white. So, proportionally Black people would get more. That would be reparations, because the material legacy of slavery, Jim Crow and white supremacy is a big wealth gap between white and Black. QED
