Bill Fletcher Jr. complains about old farts not being hired for jobs at places like the Institute for Policy Studies or Salon.com, I guess. Doesn't bother me a bit since all those kinds of jobs had little to do with overthrowing capitalism. My advice to youngsters wanting to change the system is to learn a trade like computer programming or welding and do revolutionary politics on your own time.
