Here is a link to John Smith's Imperialism in the Twenty-First Century. It is the first Baran-Sweezy Memorial Prize winner. I think that this is a seminal work in Marxist political economy and a tour de force of radical scholarship. It blows apart every economic theory that argues that there is no such thing as imperialism or that imperialism is a thing of the past. A must read.
