Scrooge might be on our side.  I understand that his nightmares began with him
dreaming that it would he had invested his fortune in bonds issued by states within
the United States, which had defaulted.  If the rest of the world ceases to prop up
the dollar, Bush can (and hopefully will) have a nasty mess on his hands.
