"mainstream" consists only of the top decile at best with some crumbs
falling to the second decile.... For a significant number of Germans, a
majority really, the fascists could, in LBJ fashion, exclaim, "you never had
it so good."  For the Republicans, it's only simulcra...

I use the label social fascist for Engler the governor of Michigan from 1990
to 2002. He ended General Assistance for tens of thousands , closed state
mental hospitals, such that surely people died as sure as if shot.

Engler is now President of the National Association of Manufacturers, in the
corportist , Mussolini tradition.
