I heard a snippet of an interview with Leuren Moret. I have no idea of
how to evaluate the radiation science assertions she made. But when
she ventured into another subject I was not impressed -- felt she was
pontificating confidently about things she didn't know much about.
Offputting. But DU is a heavy metal, and the absorption of heavy metals can be as great a disaster for both the person and his/her descendants as radiation. Heavy metals are _very_ toxic. So in agitation and propaganda it is probably best to stick to the dangers of heavy metal rather than get involved in the complex debates over whether DU is dangerously radioactive or not. Carrol |
