Here's a web site that lists Goldberg's top 100:

It is a remarkable list, to say the least.  As noted, liberal but reasonable and funny Al Franken makes the list, but rabid looney right-wingers like Ann Coulter and Rush Limbaugh don't.  The "unknown terrorist" makes the list, but hmm, not the right-wing militia types that gave us the Oklahoma City bombings.  Dubya misleads the country unto a tragic and unending war and he doesn't make it, either--but Michael Moore, who criticizes Bush for same, makes Number 1 on Goldberg's list.

"Proto-fascist" is not a bad take on the author of such biased piffle.

I looked at the book this morning from the former CBS writer turned proto-fascist. . .

Doug is not there, but Paul Krugman, Noam Chomsky, Dan Rather, Bill Moyers, and "the unknown terrorist" whom bombed a care dealership are. . .

Has anyone looked at Bernard Goldberg's "100 People Who Are Screwing
Up America (and Al Franken Is #37)"? I just want to see who the 100
people are. (I don't think it's worth buying.)

is Doug on the list?
