Satisfaction Index for Fourth Consecutive Year.

Consumers have again rewarded Papa John's commitment to 
quality by rating the pizza chain number one in customer 
satisfaction among all national fast food restaurants for the 
fourth straight year. With a rating of 76 in The American 
Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) released today by The 
National Quality Research Center at the University of Michigan
