I have a different take on your involvement than Cooper's (and Corn's to a
lesser extent.) Cooper is evolving rapidly in the same direction that
Hitchens did. This move for him is a statement to the left: "Fuck You".
Corn is a little harder to figure out. He is a red-baiter, but seems more
like Alterman who has also sought money and exposure on places like Dennis
Miller's TV show. I doubt that you or Corn or Cooper will be editorially
controlled over there because that would undercut your value as
window-dressing. I suspect that the people behind Pajamas Media want a kind
of legitimacy that liberal participation can give them. If you really need
the money, there's nothing I can say to dissuade you. Just make sure to
wear a condom.
