I haven't thought about this, but maybe capitalism creates "surplus
uncertainty" on top of "natural uncertainty." and "surplus incomplete
information."

CB: The big difference between capitalism and communism will be the
_certainty_ of destruction, surplus destruction, as much as the reduction of
the uncertainty of production. Mass or surplus destruction has a high level
of certainty with captalist war, now hi tech war, higher and higher tec war
as time goes on, more and W'sMD, more and more destruction; and there is
necessary and highly certain destruction of capital to reduce
"over"production beyond profitable investment.
