The Anderson argument is that Iraq will be like Vietnam has an interesting 
implication.  The
US got out of Vietnam.  There was a period of instability and then everything 
worked out all
right for the US.  As Chomsky insists, the US won the war.

Taking the Vietnam line, can we say, pull out now just like Vietnam.  There 
might be a short
period of retribution just like Vietnam and then you will get what you want.

At least, that provides an answer against pulling out.  Hopefully, the basic 
premise would be
wrong in Iraq would not end up like Vietnam.
