Mr. Galloway himself is underestimating the intelligence of the people in the Middle East with that comment, that they have an "internalized colonial mentality". That in itself is a rascist statement., not a statement of psychological or sociological fact. It takes a long time for the 'colonist' to get over their 'mentality', perhaps longer than the colonized.
