I am in the initial stages of formulating my dissertation
research, and I would like to begin to pull together a fairly comprehensive
list of both web links and literature dedicated to the topic of investing in
emerging markets. I would be most appreciative to anyone on the list who might
be willing to share with me bibliographic and web site information on the
following topics: ·
Emerging Markets (in general) ·
Emerging Market players (who’s who in the
industry? – not including regulators/ion) ·
Connections between investment banking & economic
policy formation ·
Investment management (particularly as it pertains to
decision-making) ·
The role of investment banking in economic
development ·
Hedge funds and emerging markets Please note that I am not looking for information particular
to any one country or region at this point, but I would not exclude specific
sources either. I am looking for a range of information, from history to biographies
to analysis. I would also be happy to share with others the information I
have collected to date, but please note that I am in the beginning stages of
