I am not implying that RPE is "just a conspiracy" journal, but that it
gives an easy out to those who employ "guilt by association" fallacies to
dismiss good articles from RPE. Personally, I have checked out a number of
RPE volumes from the library and plan to check them all out. As you can
see, I gave a perfect review to an issue of RPE here

So I'm not trying to rag on RPE, just pointing out that the 9-11 issue
will give people an excuse to dismiss the "respectable" articles.
