Counter-cultural connections & Lawyers: I was reading up on the suppression of the annual gathering of the Rainbow Family of the Living Light in Colorado yesterday. The USFS is clamping down, a few people are on trial for 'Illegal camping' and other stupidity. The USFS has also claimed that their officers have been assaulted by un-named & un-captured (most likely police agents). The USFS agents are pulling cars and campers over on the way to the site, and... dissuading the occupants (Read that as threatening).

"That would do much to constrain the magnitude of damage sustained by the university -- and consequently the taxpayers -- when my case goes to court, as it ultimately will."
