Its a bit beyond me, I am afraid. I will note though that I am not
saying health is more important than cognition, etc. I do think however
that a decent part of the amount of public money that is spent on
research of some sort or the other that falls under physics/astrophysics
would probably be better spent on public health. If it turns out that
spending on public health implies spending under a larger superset, I
see no issue there, other than to mention that astrophysics (IMHO)
clearly cannot be called such a superset.
