Unfortunately, professor Cole seems to be operating under the mistaken assumption that the Israeli government or the IDF care what anyone thinks, and further, any one attempting to actually retrieve or detain any Israeli government official for war crimes, no matter where, or when, would get gunned down in a Tel Aviv minute. That absolutely includes any U.S. agencies, not that the U.S. would ever attempt to collar anyone responsible.
