Testosterone precursors et al... sure.

He's probably a hyper-aggressive, hyper-competitive personality already
and wouldn't notice.

The effect of this crap on athletes: Not really any stronger, not any
more real endurance, just the artificially induced aggresssiveness to
make you drive harder, faster, to the point of breaking.
(I took some once when I was in my gym-rat phase... gave me a
tension-related stiff neck)

That's where the steroids come in, pain relief from the damage caused by
over... over... everything-ing your body to win.

After all, it's ALL about 'winning', all else be damnned!

Now ask me what I think the odds are of that surreptitious doping
actually occurring...
