It all depends on the timing and the ability of the spin centers such
as Fox News and CNN. It was effective at nearly uniting Congress to
support the massacres, squelching peacenicks.
Polls show Dems more disapproving of Israel's actions than Reps. So
now Dems can act as if bombing civilians is a Bush policy, and not a
sanctified bipartisan one!
