I second Martin. Over half the linked visits to my blog are referred from Mexican sites. So it seems that I get a fair amount of Mexican visitors, although I have no idea of their demographics. Anyway, here's an idea. I'll publish PEN-L members' ideas on my blog. And ***if*** there's an easy way for me to package them, I'll wrap them up and submit them to the Convención on behalf of the list -- hopefully with minimal editorial license. Deal? What kind of economic program, measures, etc. do you believe the Convención could/should/would endorse and implement with an alternative popular government as its executive instrument? Julio
