The Wall Street Journal article did not make it seem all that bad.  The
paper likes malls.

By the way, we are not allowed to order any journal where we have an
electronic sub, except that many of the journals have a 6 month delay.
And the library is worried about funding interlibrary loan.

huh. the one thing we've got that's pretty solid is ILL.  the ILL
person is really good. i haven't heard any noises about losing it. so
maybe that's a piece of good news from the hinterlands.
