I have heard that the docs were posted so that the neo-cons who
_still_ believed that Saddam had Ws of MD could prove their case.It
was not a widely advertised program.

You're not saying that the US government posted genuine classified
information in Arabic on the internet, are you?  I mean, are you?  I don't
know....

However, if these alleged fabrications didn't convey real information about
these projects, why did officials from other nuclear powers urge that they
be removed?  I mean, if it was just fabrication, why bother?
