My only caveat here is that movies as such are in transition. The production techniques that work to extract a mass market in the U.S. market seem destined to crumble. Movie production is increasing around the world for local television consumption. Computing offers a shift in the content that is more appealing than current movie methods can offer. Primarily a broader base of who does the work.

There is a scent in this article of stultified culture waiting for a left culture to supplant this dreck.
