Are they all misogynistic? What makes Khatami, for instance,
misogynistic, in your opinion?

my comparison was only with the US.
Generally speaking, the richer the country, the more united their
power elite are. That's one of the reasons why poorer countries see
more coups, revolts, and revolutions.
