[PEN-L] Net neutrality & AT&T deal

The deal AT&T cut with the FCC looks familiar.  It is one of these
deals where the liberals can smile, while the corporation walks away
with what it wanted.
       The net neutrality piece has a life of only two years -- after
that, ... ?  No more net neutrality unless the Democrats end up with
75 senators.
       Another shabby surrender.
