It helps others to understand which white folks of America -- those
who strongly identify with white American identity and those who don't
and would rather identity with others in America and the rest of the
world -- are more politically promising and the balance of forces
between two kinds of white folks.  It's seems to me that about 31% of
the white folks who disapprove of the atomic bombing fall into the
latter promising category.  The rest are not ready yet.
