I doubt it would be worth anyone's trouble to stock up on stamps! You would have to buy thousands and then what do you do with them to get your money back? Sell them back to where you bought them from?
Plus there is a little technicality about the shelf life of the adhesive substance on the back - tends to dry out after a while.
