Doyle;
Max Sawicky's kind of guys, poopulists. Coming from Texas, Bill Moyers
unctuous preacher style is a bit of manure on the shoe bottom feel to
me. Populism is like a box of chocolates. Never know what it means in
the context of Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

Moyers is a hero to various media types I've known. I know they have
low standards for heroes. One can see in his choice of people to put
on his shows he is presenting a careful mix of left and other
personalities. So he'll show Chomsky knowing how controversial and
outside the bubble he is. Which trades upon Moyers angel liberal
creds. He gets to be an honorary left voice when the sod clod is just
a whore for PBS.

What makes him special? Not much, because left culture is a lot more
complex than the muddy water he spills on the air. Where is the real
spicy guys on the left to add a little depth of flavor to the cold mush
liberal stew.
