I couldn't watch the whole thing, but it was a bunch of facts that
were true (as far as I know) but out of context. Sure, it's possible
that the 25% of the Chinese population with the highest IQs outnumber
the population of North America, but China also has a greater _need_
for people with high IQs. In addition, I don't have much respect for
IQ tests. They really don't measure the only kind of intelligence.
They test one's tolerance for multiple-choice exams (something I used
to have).
